Sacred Heart School Muzaffarpur is a Christian religious minority institution founded in 1986. It is established and administered by the Sisters of the Sacred Heart

Sacred Heart School is a co-Educational school and cares primarily to the middle income and lower income groups. The motto of our school is “ Thy light our guide” the school has prospered over the years into one of the premier educational institutions in Muzaffarpur. Today it stands as an institution of remarkable integrity instilling an ethos of wisdom and sincerity in its students.

The school was affiliated to Bihar school examination board since 2007 and to be tune with the time it switched over its affiliation to Central Board of Secondary education in 2008.

This being a Christian religious minority institution, it primarily caters to the educational needs of Christian community, but it is open to others also irrespective of religion, caste or community. As an institution, this school strives to adapt itself to the needs and aspirations of the people. In the admission of students and appointment of teachers, the school will give priority to Christians, if they are eligible.
